How we work with you

When you call Home Entertainment EXPO, you can expect:

  • A free consultation. The first step in any project is a meeting at your home, where you can outline your ideas, your vision, what you like to watch and listen to. Listening is what we’re best at and the most important part of the design process.

  • The next step is a written proposal, where we detail what we expect to accomplish and how we will do it. Your budget is an important consideration and something we will respect.

  • Once we are have your approval, we will begin the design process. If the AV system will be part of a building or remodeling project, will prepare engineering drawings for your builder as well as our installers to follow.

  • We will build equipment racks and assemble TV and projector mounts at our facility. We will also begin programming control and home automation systems.

  • Once any construction, decorating or electrical work is complete, our technicians install the new systems and complete its programming.

  • We will teach you and your family how to use the completed systems and provide support if you have any questions down the road.

  • Your new system will include a one year warranty with on-site service should you have any problems.
